Before service begins: We arrive 45–60 minutes before your service window to set up quietly and efficiently. Our cart is self-contained — we bring our own water supply and only need a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. We work around your space without disrupting the setup happening around us.
During the event: Our baristas are warm, professional, and genuinely engaged with your guests. They take the time to explain the menu, make recommendations, and craft each drink with care — whether it's the first cup of the afternoon or the last one of the night.
After the event: We break down completely and clean up thoroughly. Your space is left exactly as we found it. Everything — equipment, waste, supplies — leaves with us.

For private events, we recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance. For popular dates — summer weekends, fall color season, and holiday party season from November through December — earlier is always better. Reach out as soon as your date is set and we'll confirm availability right away.
